This is my second tattoo, located on my other ankle. She is my hero, my best friend and the greatest mother I could have ever asked for. She has supported me though every decision I’ve ever made and has never looked at me any differently for my mistakes. I got this tattoo because I always want my mother to be with me. She is still living now and will forever in my heart. <3. I love you Mom!

I absolutely adore this tattoo. First off the quote says “Fear is the heart of love,” I adapted it from the song “I Will Follow You Into The Dark” by Death Cab for Cutie. Although the quote is originally meant in a religion sense, it has a more literally meaning to me. I would love to give you a great explanation of what exactly I mean, but it would take forever! So if you’re really interested please let me know in my ask.
